To make cinders into powder, we have Cinder micro powder mill. There are five types of Shanghai CLIRIK HGM Cinder micro powder mill, they are HGM80, HGM90, HGM100, HGM100A and HGM125. The finished production fineness can be reached 300meshes~3000meshes, 5-47 micron. The capacity (ton/hour) ranges from 0.4T/H to 12T/H.

Cinders have been used on track surfaces and roads to provide additional traction in winter conditions. Cinders are also employed as inorganic mulch in xeriscaping, because of excellent drainage properties and erosion resistance. In this context, they are referred to frequently with the name "lava rock". This is why cinder is used in roads.

l、 High efficiency
Under the same finished final size and the same motor power, the capacity of Cinder micro powder mill is twice as much as jet mill, mixing grinder and ball mill.
2、Long lifecycle of spare parts
The ring and roller are forged by special material with high utilization. Under the same grinding material and finish special size, the lifecycle of spare parts is about one year, which is 2-3times longer than impact mill or turbo mill. Furthermore, the lifetime can reach 2-5 years for grinding calcite carbonate.

As no rolling bearings or screws in grinding cavity, there are no problems caused by bolts shedding or rapid wear of bearings and seal components.
4、 High fineness and flexible adjustment
The final fineness of the grinding materials can be adjusted between 325 meshes and 3000 meshes, and the product fineness can reach D97≦5um.

The application of pulse deduster and muffler greatly alleviates dust pollution and noise.
 
Main Components of Cinder micro powder mill:
HGM series Cinder micro powder mill mainly consist of main unit, classifier, dust cleaner, powder collector, blower, muffler, hammer crusher (can be replaced by jaw crusher), bucket elevator, sound-proof room, storage hopper, vibrating feeder and so on.
 
Working Principle of Cinder micro powder mill:
The main bearing and each dial are driven by electromotor of main machine through reducer, and numbers of rollers, which are rolling in the ring, are driven by dial through plunger. After crushed by hammer crusher, the big materials become small ones and are sent to storage hopper by elevator and further sent to the middle of first dial evenly by the electromagnetic vibrating feeder and feeding pipe. The materials will be driven to the edge of dial by centrifugal force and fall down into the ring, crushed and grinded by roller, and become powder after production of three rings. The high pressure centrifugal blower will inhale air from outside and blow the crushed materials to classifier. The rotating turbo in the powder concentrator will make the coarse powder return to the mill and reground, while the fineness will mix with the air and go into the cyclone and be discharged in the discharge bin, which is at the bottom of it. The air, which mixed with very little fineness, will be purified by impulse duster and discharged by blower and muffler.
