Moisture Effects on Micro Powder grinding Mill

As we know, micro powder grinding mill is a type of vertical powder mill, using the roller to grind stones, if moisture percentage is very high, the iron part will rust or break, so as to damage the machine. But not just only this problem, mostly there are two serious problems:
The powder will stick together and fall into the gap of Ring and Roller, and form a powder layer, and it will let capacity down and rise up the power cost.
Secondly, if the moisture is very high, the powder can stick together and block the exit of discharging valve, even to break the micro powder grinding mill.
So in all, we suggest all raw materials’ moisture should be under 10 percent, if not , please dry it firstly.
