Roller Bering Problem of HGM Micro Powder Mill

As we know, roller bearing is the core parts of Micro Powder Mill, once accident occurred, it will cost much time and money. So this article is mainly to introduce some problem and solution in our operation and maintenance of micro powder mill, as to extend the machine life and save company costs.
Firstly, once we found some abnormal noise or obvious problem, please shut down the powder mill, clean the bearing and replace lubricating oil. Secondly, correct the bearing and journal position, or re-pouring. Thirdly, please rise up the water and cooling it. At last, replace oil and adjust the viscosity.
