Calcium Superfine Powder Making Plant

Shanghai Clirik Machnery is a micron powder grinding machine manufacturer in Shanghai, China over 15 years. So far, we have own workshop to make HGM superfine powder mill plant. Which can grind limestone, calcite, marble, calcium carbonate, dolomite, barite and other 100 kinds of stones into micron powder, the max fineness we can make is about 5 microns at D97.Many clients are interested in the working principle and inner structure of HGM series mill, now I want to explain those details:
1.Firstly we use jaw crusher or hammer crusher, to crush the stones into small particles.
2.Then use bucket elevator to send the particles into feeding hopper.
3.With belt feeder, or vibrate feeder or screw feeder, we feed the particles into grinder room. The feeding speed is controlled as the capacity and fineness.
4.After particles fall down onto turn-plate, with centrifugal force, the powder will fall down between rollers and ring.
5.Rollers are grinding the powder, roller by roller, layer by layer.
6.Blower/fan, makes negative wind pressure, it makes the powder go through classifier.
7.Classifier is integrated, on the top of grinder, and the distance of impellers is just 1mm, and gap of below part is just 0.5mm. the classifier is turning very fast nearly 200~2400RPM, when it turns 2400RPM, the output powder size is about 5~6 microns, nearly 2500mesh. When it is 800RPM, the output size is about 500mesh. So we just control the speed to get the size we need.
8.Most powders nearly 70~80% will fall down into cyclone collector.
9.Rest of the powders will go into filter bags house with airflow.
10.With air compressor, all powders will discharge from valve
11.Workers can pack the powder by themselves, or use automatic packing machine to pack them into valve bags. Or use tons packing machine to pack big bags.
