And there are 4 grinding rings in every grinding mill, and every grinding mill has 7-10 grinding rollers. We can get high fineness stone powder by using HGM125 micro powder grinding mill, if we put the size of stone material below 20 mm into grinding mill. The minimum finish powder fineness of our HGM125 can up to 3000 mesh. And the capacity of this machine can up to 45 tons per hour.
Under the same finished final size and the same motor power, the capacity of ultra fine grinding mill is as twice as much grinding mill, mixing grinder and ball mill, and energy consumption decreased 30%. The ring and roller are forged by special material with high utilization, the lifetime can reach 2-5 years for grinding. As no rolling bearings or screws in grinding cavity, there are no problems caused by bolts shedding or rapid wear of bearings and seal components.
